Hi, my name is Chris!

I am a Software Engineer and DevOps enthusiast from Poland with a passion for creating innovative, high-quality software solutions and reliable infrastructure.

I graduated in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Throughout my studies and hands-on projects, I have honed a versatile skillset spanning C#, Python, and JavaScript, as well as cloud-native & DevOps technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Go, and CI/CD automation.

My engineering journey began with competitive programming. Years of solving algorithmic challenges and attending intensive camps gave me a deep understanding of data structures and optimization—skills I now apply to real-world software development and system architecture.

Beyond traditional software development, I am deeply passionate about DevOps and infrastructure. I built my own homelab where I host and deploy various services in my free time, driven by the belief that code should ultimately serve people and make a practical impact. You can learn more about my infrastructure setups and self-hosted applications in the projects section.

I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. I am highly motivated and enjoy working in fast-paced environments where I can use my problem-solving skills to bridge code and infrastructure into scalable solutions.

Education

Professional experience

  • Jun 2024 – Jul 2026 Founder & Board Member at INIT Student Association (Go, C#, Kubernetes, Docker, Keycloak)
    • Co-founded the association (scaled from 4 to 17 devs) and managed a self-hosted Kubernetes staging environment and Keycloak IAM for Hackarena (40k PLN budget).
    • Architected a bot simulation platform by containerizing players’ bots in Docker and deploying them across high-performance servers, using C# SDK wrappers.
    • Developed a custom OAuth proxy in Go for Keycloak and built a real-time achievement engine subscribing to game telemetry via gRPC streams under a strict 1s latency constraint.
  • May 2024 – Oct 2024 Junior Software Engineer at Inframet (C++, C#, WPF, Boost)
    • Co-authored communication protocols in C++ (Boost) to handle low-level USB data transmission with custom PCB hardware for optical signal analyzers.
    • Developed a WPF calibration application in C#, integrating native C++ libraries via P/Invoke and designing a custom binary serialization and version migration pipeline for EEPROM memory maps.
  • Dec 2023 – Jan 2024 Software Development Intern at Mevspace (Python, PHP, Laravel)
    • Contributed as a software engineering intern, developing Python scripts to automate bulk firewall rule configurations for Juniper Networks routers, while collaborating in an Agile team using Jira.
    • Developed a PHP (Laravel) bulk ingestion feature to automatically parse and instantiate hundreds of hardware assets in the inventory database from invoice data.

Other activities

  • Creating 3D models and manufacturing using methods of 3D printing.
  • Designing and building several electronic circuits.
  • Non commercial video production.
